TITLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

DIRECTOR OF BASEBALL: Deals w/Sebago Long Lake coaches, Larry Carter and all Raymond baseball coaches. Attends all Sebago Long Lake meetings.

DIRECTOR OF SOFTBALL: Deals w/Stephen Cole (District Administrator for District 6 of LL Baseball) and all Raymond softball coaches. Attends softball meetings and does scheduling for softball.

PRESIDENT: Runs background checks on all board members, softball coaches and parents dealing w/girls. Does agenda for board meetings.

VICE PRESIDENT: Obtains sponsors for teams and deals w/ordering signs for fence. Goes over registrations.

TREASURER: Deals w/budget, paying bills, insurance.

SECRETARY: Drafts letters for sponsorships, gives to VP to deliver. Does all notices to schools. Reserves Caf/Gym. Prints off registrations. Deals w/the mail. Notes at board meetings.

EQUIPMENT: Goes over all equipment before season. Separate for teams and hand out to coaches (note what we gave out). Orders new equipment. Gathers equipment at end of season.

CONCESSION STAND: Needs to get the groceries, drinks. Organize people running the concession stand. Get money to treasurer.

ORDERING: Have one person in charge of ordering/picking up uniforms.
